Summit on the Hudson, Henrietta, NY
Summit is a $41 million multifamily residential complex which includes sixteen 2-story townhome buildings with 10 units each, and includes community space, tenant storage spaces, garages, and a community building. The project site and buildings are designed to engage with this site's complicated topography. 
The process started through crafting brand strategy and stylescapes. From there, I worked with the Creative Director at Deborah Hayes Advertising to create a complete identity system that was approachable, contemporary, modern, and inviting. We carried the branding throughout site signage, print-ads and collateral. I created social posts, image treatments and curation, a brand style guide, signage, digital ads, and other various marketing materials.
